Tiger Properties, part of the Tiger Group founded in 1976, is one of the most prolific developers and contractors in the UAE. The group has delivered over 200 buildings and continues to be one of the largest suppliers of new residential stock in Sharjah and Ajman.

Because Tiger owns its contracting arm, it controls both construction cost and programme. That vertical integration is the reason its towers are consistently priced below comparable stock while still offering full amenity decks, covered parking and retail podiums.
